Love the space, clean, modern, yet cozy! Excellent shower! Love smart tv!! Kitchen is updated and lovely! Only feedback would be maybe add memory foam mattress or topper to bed for better support and add tv to bedroom.

The cottage is located l in a nice area and within walking distance of downtown Forest City, shopping and eating establishments. The cottage was very clean & well appointed., The host thought of everything that might be needed and then some!FYI - For anyone who may have a mobility issue, there is a small step down into the cottage from the front door as well as one step up into the bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

The Cozy Cottage in Forest City is clean and well maintained. The location is close to Forest City and the owner/manager is extremely nice and very responsive to questions. This is my 4th stay and I plan to return next year.

Was a beautiful little carriage house. Loved my stay, and it was so convenient to the music festival in Tryon. The owner was also very responsive when orienting my way to town restaurants and stops. Thank you!

Third stay at this property

It’s a great cottage in the downtown area that is a short walk to many restaurants and shops. This property is well appointed and very well maintained. The hosts are great folks and do a nice job maintaining their guest cottage. We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy our visits.

Spring Trip

Clean Convenient Comfortable

Our stay here was perfect. Our hostess made sure everything was just right. I slept better in this bed than I do at home! We will try to book our stay here during all our future trips. Five stars in our book!

It was so cozy and quiet, just would have liked bigger outdoor space, really close to other property.. but loved the decor, very comfortable.Loved that it was pet friendly, that means a lot, I have service dogs for health issues..would definitely stay again..I’d give 9/10
