A 50 sq. meter guest house in Le Marche, near the medieval village of Monte Giberto, is set among rolling hills just 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The guest house stands at a distance from the main house (Casa Ambra) and is surrounded by a picturesque olive grove on one side and a lovely garden on the other. It offers views of the mountains of Monte Sibillini National Park, with peaks reaching 2,450 m and nearby ski resorts. The deep swimming pool (5 x 12 m, 1.8 m deep) with night lighting, set among beautiful fruit trees, is ideal for swimming, and it is also delightful to take an afternoon nap in the hammock by the pool.Guests have access to a large garden with various types of figs and peaches, apricots, tangerines, oranges, grapefruit, persimmons, plums, grapes, walnuts, and hazelnuts. The house and garden are fully fenced, and the gate opens automatically. Foldable bicycles,trekking equipment and SUP boards are available for guests upon request.
Please note that if Casa Ambra (Property ID 5644546) is booked for the same dates, up to 8 guests staying there may also use the pool, garden, and barbecue. If you prefer exclusive use of these facilities, you can book Casa Ambra as well with a 10% discount. In that case, both houses together can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Le Marche lies between the Adriatic Sea and the mountains, bordering Emilia-Romagna to the north, Abruzzo to the south, and Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio to the west. Ancona, the regional capital with about 100 000 inhabitants, is known for its large port with ferries to Greece and Croatia and has an airport (Falconara) served by flights from Munich, London etc. A motorway connects Ancona with Bologna and Bari, and from Monte Giberto it takes about 60 minutes to reach the airport. Fermo, the provincial capital with about 38,000 inhabitants, can be reached in about 20 minutes and has a beautiful old town with an antiques market in summer. San Benedetto del Tronto, a famous seaside resort with a long palm-lined beach, is about 40 minutes away, while Monte Sibillini National Park, with various mountain trekking routes, can be reached in about 1 hour.
Our village and the nearest seaside town:
Porto San Giorgio is the nearest seaside resort, about 20 minutes away, with many shops, bars, and restaurants, including two with Michelin stars, as well as the nearest railway station. Monte Giberto, the village municipality with about 830 inhabitants, is a 15-minute uphill walk away and offers a post office, pharmacy, two bars, a bakery, supermarket, bistro, and a very good restaurant. Several large supermarkets are within a 15-minute drive.

Within just a few kilometers, there are outlet stores for brands such as Boss, Hogan, Tod’s, and Fabi at very attractive prices. At the market in Porto San Giorgio, held every Thursday and Sunday, you will find fashion clothing, handbags, and shoes at very low prices.
