Perfect little home near the beach

The house is in a perfect spot for the beach. We had six adults and two children and fit perfectly. We did rent a golf cart because although the house is close to the beach, its not quite close enough to walk but the golf cart was fun to ride around in. 10/10 would recommend.

this house had an ac issue close to our arrival. The hostess upgraded to a very nice one that met our needs just as well. very happy and satisfied. will definatley be back.

This property worked for our trip. I did purchase a cookie sheet to use, but the slow cooker and blender were great. My only suggestion to the owners is to have floors throughout as the carpet was stained. The AC worked great and we loved the porch. Having a washer/dryer inside was awesome. A great time was had by all.

Last minute booking...

I booked this property last minute for Labor Day weekend. It was affordable and so cute. I loved sitting on the porch. I asked the owner if we could check in early and she agreed. The only thing is that I am a tall woman and I kept hitting my head in the kitchen. Otherwise loved this little house.

First off, this states its a 2-bedroom. It is not. It has an area behind the kitchen that has a bed in it, but it doesn't have a door or a closet. The floors are very soft in several areas (rotten). The furniture is dirty and threadbare. Our feet were black from walking on the floors, they were so dirty. The kitchen cabinets were filthy and in need of a thorough cleaning. No towel holders in the bathrooms. No toilet paper holders. Smells of mold. The beds were very old and saggy. This unit is priced cheaper than other Ocean Lakes locations, which I thought was a deal until I got to this trailer. It's not worth the money. You must have a golf cart to stay here. It's like a mile from the beach. The washer broke down during the week. Owner promised to have someone out. No one ever showed. The AC did work well. That was the only positive.

Senior week

We got exactly what we paid for. This house is very small but adequate. We did not cook there but it was good for breakfast and sandwhiches.There's a nice front porch and the location was good. The street was fairly quiet. My husband is 6'4" so the ceilings and ceiling fans were an issue. The female owner was pleasant and responsive.

Quietly located near the highway way at the entrance.

Not up to par as previous rentals in the community as previously experiencing in the last 15 years. Sleeping capacity is not what as expected with what is classified as well as a few other things. I've been sold on ocean lakes for over a decade. Just not this one.

Perfect little spot- a golf cart ride to the beach

My aunts and I stayed during peak season and had a blast. Covered front porch was awesome and the host was quick to resolve a cable issue we had- I would certainly book it again.
