This studio is located on the same compound as the "Inviting home near Bosque" under my listings. This Studio has access to the rest of the property including the Skydeck for Hot Air Balloon viewing. The patio connected to this studio includes a gas barbecue grill and a dog run area. The studio offers a kitchenette, large bathroom and under bed drawers as well as a closet area. Walk to Flying Star Cafe or watch Balloons in the morning from the skydeck. Old Town is 3 miles South.

My neighbor who also lives to the west is a well known sculpture artist and the home you are looking at is located behind our homes with a private road leading to the house. I'm active, a foodie, love water sports and being in the sun. I look forward to meeting you during your stay.

Why they chose this property

This studio is part of a compound, the 3 bedroom house also listed in my profile is also on this property. The property offers great outdoor living, a full gym, a viewing deck to watch the Hot Air Balloons fly almost daily. From the back of my property you can walk 10 minutes to two different restaurants. On Saturday mornings a farmers market is just a 10 minute drive away.
