Large private screened lanai and incredible views of the 27-hole championship golf course, nature and wildlife preserve, tennis, pickle ball, walking & biking trails, swimming, club house & tiki bar are all nearby. Watch the sunset and enjoy your favorite beverage while relaxing in our well-appointed second home!

In the kitchen you will find appliances both large and small needed to make all of your favorite meals and beverages. A workspace is available with WiFi. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with comfortable Queen size bed. New linens and towels are provided as well as a washing machine and dryer inside the unit.

Conveniently located near many top-rated Gulf beaches, excursions, shopping, dining, parks, museums and more! 29- night minimum stay required. Enjoy golf and club membership benefits during your stay. $347 transfer fee to be paid by guest to River Strand Country Club upon arrival. Golf cart and other fees not included.
