Mid-century modern marvelous home on Alexandria's chain of lakes. This cute little jem is located on Lake Darling just minutes from Arrowwood resort, Carlos Creek Winery, Alex Golf Coarse and Gathered Oaks. The home has aesthetic that is modern in style and construction with clean lines. Windows blanket the entire lakeside wall that provides breath taking lake views as well as plentiful natural light. Alongside the entire length of the home on the lake side is a concrete patio that is 11 feet wide with plenty of seating that provides a great hangout! Also includes a gas firepit table, outside dining set and a charcoal grill. Bon fire pit near the lake.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cute kitchen with bar over looking the lake and 2 family rooms . The shoreline is what makes this place so special! 100 feet of hard, sandy bottom! No weeds!! An ideal beach for swimming. Shallow with a very gradual path to deeper waters. Long dock with seating area and an easy place to tie up your boat. Golf cart ride distance to Alexandria Golf Coarse!

Ladies weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute home. Everything was on one level and the view of the lake was beautiful. We were close to Carlos Creek and a number of restaurants. That was really nice. We sat out at the propane firepit one night. We did not use the dock or lake amenities. However, they looked great! It was a wonderful place to enjoy a girls getaway!
