Whether you’re launching from your private dock, enjoying the game room with a pool table, or letting the kids and pets play in the large yard, there’s something for everyone. We are here to help! We are available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST daily. While we do not have on-site staff, we make every effort to monitor messages after hours for non-emergencies and will always do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

Important Note: There is no on-site or after-hours maintenance. For any life-safety emergencies, please contact the appropriate emergency services (911) immediately.

House Rules:

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Pets: We allow up to 2 pets! Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your furry friends so we can approve them. Note that there is a $150 fee per stay for up to two pets!

Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

No Events: Parties or organized events are not permitted.

Photography: Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

Check-in/out: Arrive after 4:00 PM; Depart before 11:00 AM.

Requirements:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

A government-issued ID must be verified upon request.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this reservation is Firm. By completing this booking, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the strict cancellation terms specified at the time of booking, and understands that no exceptions to this firm policy will be made.
Service Fee: A 6% fee will incur for service fee.

Chargeback Waiver: By accepting this agreement, the Guest agrees that the firm cancellation policy and house rules are fair. The Guest explicitly waives the right to dispute legitimate charges with their credit card company (chargeback) for any issues that are covered under this agreement, its cancellation policies, or booking platform terms.

Traveling with a group? No problem. Our spacious driveway comfortably accommodates at least four cars, with plenty of extra room for your boat trailer or RV.
