Long Bay Beach is one of the best global Kite Suffering destinations in the world. This warm and inviting Caribbean villa is ideal for a group of family or friends who wants to spend time together in their own private Villa.

Note, that Grace Bay Beach is about a 6-minute drive.

As a gated, large traditional Caribbean villa, this property features mature landscaping, a pool, gas grill, gas fire pit, ocean view, and close to Long Bay Beach.

This Villa is in the private and quiet section of Long Bay, where you have wonderful views of the ocean, and easy access to both Long Bay Beach, and Grace Bay Beach withing minutes.

A rental car would be highly recommended when staying in this private section of Long Bay.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Turks & Caicos. Rosemary was a wonderful host - meeting us upon our arrival to her home ( with appetizers and shopping bags) and available for any questions we might have. Her home was the perfect fit for our family - peaceful, well stocked for cooking in, beautiful pool setting and a great location to all of the beaches and sites. Thank you !

Spacious Home With Gorgeous Views

We spent 5 days/nights in this home and it was perfect for our family of six! It was so nice to wake up each morning with coffee on the patio overlooking Long Bay. Many evenings were spent in the pool at sunset, which was the perfect spot to wind down after relaxing days on the amazing, local beaches. The homeowners (Rosemary and Garnet) were so accommodating and kind. They make it their priority to be sure guests to their home are taken care of. The home is well equipped with everything you need. All of the bedding and linens are brand new and high quality. We were very happy with our decision to stay in a home rather than a resort as it gave us the freedom to spread out, shop for our own groceries, grill out and enjoy our own private pool. Would highly recommend!

Kim and her family were exceptional guests! They complied completely with the house rules and they also left the villa in immaculate condition. This was a very friendly and considerate family; we were so impressed in the way that they treated our home as if it was their very own. We would welcome this family back any time; we certainly would not hesitate to recommend them!

Christmas in Paradise

My family and I visited over the Christmas holiday and had the most amazing stay. The home was spotless upon arrival, which was our biggest concern. The owners left an adorable welcome gift with goodies for our toddler (thank you again!) He had a blast with the shovel and bucket at the beach. We mostly ate out at local restaurants, but did cook brunch Christmas Day. We were pleased to find the kitchen well stocked! The alarm system kept us feeling safe and secure and the pool was a treat in the mornings and late afternoons after a day at the beach! Thank you so much for your hospitality and allowing us to rent your piece of paradise.

50th Birthday

Owners recently purchased this property and have and are in the process of updating. Jack and his wife, Karen are super attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. Both were eager to ensure we enjoyed our time on the island, as well as responsive to any questions and/or concerns we had. They provided our group with all the information needed to enjoy our trip. The island is incredible and the all day snorkeling/beach bbq is a must do! I would absolutely rent from Jack and Karen again, without hesitation!!
