Wonderful house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The entry from house to the pool is an open concept and our favorite part of the home! We tried a new adventure: beach, catamaran, snorkeling, jet ski, chef service, etc. each day and were pleased with it all! Highly recommended and Erika is very responsive when needed for questions.

It was a girls trip with 5 of us. We all had great bedroom space and our own bath. The pool outdoor space with the private pool was our happy place. It was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and dishware. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we come to Turks!

Great villa!

Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay in C House. The pool and dining area were great! We enjoyed having a private chef prepare some of our meals. Everything was easy from booking to coordinating our chef to leaving. Thank you! We will recommend the villa to others!

Fabulous Family Trip

This house was everything that was promised. The photos are accurate. The kitchen was the most well stocked I have ever experienced with a rental house. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive. They provided a crib and a cart for us to take to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, all very helpful. The pool was low on water and the pool company arrived within hours to add water. We had seven adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room for all. I highly recommend.

Great Group Getaway

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house!! The bedrooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom. Beach towels and chairs were also included which made it perfect to walk to the beach. The owner did recommend we rent a car and I do think that would have been a smarter move as taxis can be rather expensive so just a heads up! Overall though a great place to stay and the owner was so helpful with anything we needed. Also, the walls are thick so people could be out in the pool and not disturb anyone sleeping which was great for our large group!

This property was fantastic. The owner was very responsive, helpful and kind. The home has everything you would need for your stay. Literally everything. The outdoor area is a total WIN! Absolutely beautiful, breezy and exactly what we needed for a family get away. The home is very conveniently located to Long Bay Beach, as well as Grace bay beach/area. Highly recommend if looking for a home to stay in vs hotel or resort. We would definitely not hesitate to return and have no complaints. Thank you for having us!

C House Villa

This home is beautiful! The property manager/host were easy to communicate with. Any questions I had, they were answered right away. The only slight issue we had was the air started making a small noise in one of the bedrooms, but nothing major. Once we turned it off then back on, the noise stopped. I would highly recommend this property for anyone with a large group. 10/10

Our stay at C House Villa was almost perfection. From the time I booked and to our check out, both the owner and property manager were immediately available regarding communication. Hadn’t experienced anything like that in prior rentals. My husband and I loathe rentals but this trip required it and we don’t regret it. The pictures captured the true reality of the house. For that we were grateful. The pool was a must and I’ve were so glad that it was the perfect size and clean. There were a couple of floaties available but many did require air, which is no surprise. The layout of the house was great. For an extended family of 9 there wasn’t much seating for dining purposes inside the house but there was plenty of seating in the outdoor patio. The set up there was great! Our youngest was 20 months, and the owner made it clear the house wasn’t necessarily child proof(stairs, pool with no gate) BUT I’d beg to differ, slightly. The patio doors that lead to the pool was difficult for even me to open let alone a child. Location- we rented a car so the location of the villa was great! 10 mins from grace bay, 20-25 from Taylor Bay/Sopadilla and a short walk from Long Bay. Our favorite was Sopadilla. We missed out on Long Bay because it rained that day but next time. Also the best part of the villa, they offered beach chairs and umbrellas (we didn’t use) and towels and beach bags and sun block. I mean anything we could’ve needed was there. You can’t go wrong with C House.
