Enjoy the relaxing Island life from this 1700 sq. ft owners three story townhouse, Furnished in a Caribbean style atmosphere with endless activities. This condo is directly on the beach with great ocean views all around. Ocean and pool views right from your living room balcony.This open concept condo has a private balcony for each bedroom, while the master bedroom overlooks the pool and the Atlantic Ocean, the guest room overlooks the ocean and Long key bridge. You can either have a quiet, relaxing time by the pool or beach, or stay active by using all the amenities this resort has to offer. With a large heated swimming pool and tennis courts only, a walk or elevator ride away. Or even fishing, diving, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking all at your finger tips right in your back yard! Besides all the amenities this resort has to offer, there is plenty to do if you want to get off the island and take a cruise, with Key West just over an hour away. There’s plenty to do between here and there, so makes for a great centralized location of the keys. The famous Islamorada attractions, and the top-notch charter boats, or ideal snorkeling trips. There is also plenty of historic sites nearby. This secret spot of the keys used to attract certain Presidents, and famous authors such as Ernest Hemingway, and Zane Grey, who used to visit Long Key Fishing Camp. Duck key is the next key south, which is a very short drive to marathon, which has endless dining experiences. The Long keys have always been known as very private. With only 32 units at this wonderful Caribbean style resort, located right on a white sandy beach. With cabanas on the beach for an evening cocktail or evening swim.• There is a marina in Layton for short term boat launching and dock space. Miami/ Dade Airport or Key West Airport are almost equal in distance.

This was such a wonderful property. Beautiful views and exactly as the photos show. John, the owner, was great at getting back to us quickly any time we had a question. The view was great. The location worked well for us. Just so relaxing we didn't want to come home! Loved it.

We loved it!

It looked just like the pictures. Furniture/ bedding etc. in great shape. Everything worked, A/C, Fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer., etc. The washer and dryer were the smaller apartment type. Would have loved full size. Pool was great, heated to 80+ degrees, Maintained well, also the grounds. Fishing pier was an added plus. You can catch Mangrove snappers almost everyday, so if you fish, bring a rod, shrimp available just across the road. We stayed for a month, very quiet and the ocean view never gets old, RECOMMEND

This location has so much privacy compared to other locations throuhout
the Keys.The views from all the decks and entryways are all ocen view with a one minute walk to the white sandy beach,this nbeach is a natural white sany beach not
