Property was as advertised

While the house was clean and fulfilled our needs for 6 guests there was quite a few negatives. Very few kitchen utensils provided (not even a spatula)The dishwasher was broken, The oven was stuck in “demo” mode an could not get it work. The lights over the kitchen island did not work which was the only spot for people to sit and eat, there was no coffee table in the living area either so couldn’t sit and eat there. The light in the hallway outside the bedrooms was on a dimmer switch but it could only be on “high” tried to dim slightly but would just turn all the way off. The 2 showers had old glass doors which didn’t really move and also had a shower curtain but u had to basically squeeze thru the doors as they were and get in the tub to even turn the shower on which was annoying. There was a patio area next to the hot tub (which was empty) but no outside seating or table provided to hang outside. Looked as though there was a screened in pergola but was still in a box on the ground under the house. Very disappointing couldn’t really sit outside w/o carrying chairs down the steps from the screened in area at the top of the steps. All in all was a “good” experience but probably would not stay there again unless improvements were made.

Michael thanks for your honest review, It was a shame you couldn’t enjoy our house and It would have been great if you had told me about this during the stay. We check the oven and is working, it just had pressed and then paused the timer bottom. Regarding the aisle lights, the switch is next to the barn door, so if you open the door it’s not possible to see it. About the outdoor space, it was “empty” as advertised in the description and in the pictures. The pergola, furniture and hot tub you found there will be available soon because we know it will be great to have something like that in that area.

Comfortably accommodated eight people. The location was quiet and peaceful, and conveniently close to a delicious ice cream shop we walked to several times. The pool was great—our only wish was that we could control the waterfall ourselves, as it’s currently on a timer managed by the owner.
