New Construction completed June 2021. Come enjoy all that the East end of Ocean Isle Beach has to offer. This 4 Bedroom house boasts 2 separate living areas, elevator, a private heated pool, 4 Spacious balconies with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Sleeps 9 total guest with an additional space including a sofa bed, and 2 separate living rooms. Just steps from the 4th street beach access where you can avoid the crowds on the east end of the island.
Rental includes pool heat if necessary, all bed linens and bath towels are included at no extra charge.
Ocean Isle offers lots of opportunities for families with world class fishing, great restaurants, and all the shopping you can imagine within 30 minutes to Myrtle Beach.

Great location at the end of the island. Good for fishing and going to the beach as it’s 2 houses away from public beach access. Pool was heated and a great feature. Memorial Day weekend and it wasn’t busy at all, we loved our stay. Clean and the host checked in on us, thank you so much for accommodating our 2 families! We will stay again.

This is the best beach house that we have ever stayed in! It was easy to get to the beach from two directions. Great views of the ocean and water between OIB and Holden Beach. The house was super clean and well appointed. All of the rooms were great but the best was the primary suite...the shower was magnificent! We loved the pool and spent evenings floating and star gazing...so relaxing! The pool was heated so those who are cold natured could enjoy the pool as well. The elevator was so helpful in unpacking when we arrived and loading back up on departure day...it was so hard to leave this wonderful house. The separate living areas were awesome so those who like to go to bed early were not disturbed by those who like to stay up late. Communication with the host was great...Brian responded quickly when we had questions and walked us through how to solve a couple of minor things that came up. I would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the host was top notch, probably one of the best we have ever experienced (close to 30 vrbo rentals). Property was exactly as described, only better in person!! OIB is one of our favorites & we were so lucky to get this rental! Kitchen is fully stocked & really clean, all bathrooms were perfect- just make sure to get your bath towels from the laundry room first lol. Master shower is unbeatable! Beds were all very comfy. So, so many pool toys & beach toys available. The decks were so nice w/ all the chairs to sit out & enjoy the evenings. The 2 livingroom areas were so nice to have as we had kids in one for their games & movie, and adults in the kitchen making dinner & visiting. My only suggestion for owners- please install hooks for hanging wet towels & bathing suits up outside the pool area & around the outside shower (aside from the fence, the only thing to hang up wet towels/suits/toys on, were the chairs. Otherwise thank you for maintaining a fantastic property! Looking forward to our return!

Views galore

Great new build, one block from the beach. My son loved the pool and walking the point on a treasure hunt. Also, the second floor living area is great resting spot while other family members lounge upstairs watching other shows.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of six adults and children ranging in age from 2-4. Beautiful views of beach and intercostal from the balconies. Quick access to the beach and the pool was definitely a plus while the littles napped. Managers Glenn and Brian were very accommodating upon arrival. Would rent this again!

Family Fun

The location was great. Very easy access to the beach. The elevator didn’t seem to work properly the first day making the unpacking hard. The dishwasher didn’t work the entire time. Not having a dishwasher with 9 people in the house was difficult.

Stone’s Throw 2024

This is our 3rd year for staying at Stone’s Throw and hope to stay again next summer. The location is excellent with easy and close access to two beaches. The pool area is wonderful- large deck and pool and plenty of seating area. The kitchen is perfect and most of what you need is provided. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and the two living rooms are spacious and adequate seating is available Overall we find this house is comfortable and perfect for a great beach vacation. Also kudos to the cleaning staff. The house was very clean and neat .

Exceeded Expectations

Ran across this house a week before we went on our annual family vacation and was great. It is FULLY furnished with every kitchen amenity known to man and a few more. Elevator was a nice to have with groceries and tired kids. Douglas took care of all our inquiries and Donnie was across the street for quick responses and also just a great neighbor to have for local area recommendations. Pool was good size for 5 kids and beach access was very close. Recommend to all and will be back.

This is a wonderful house with great amenities! The reason for the overall rating of a 3 is simply because of the elevator. I booked this place fully with the intention of the elevator working full time for my 79 yo mother and 80 yo father. After 2 knee replacements and aluminum scaffolding in his back, my father didn’t need to climb ALL those stairs. I was fully expecting the elevator to be operational during our stay. Brian, the property manager, immediately came over to reset the elevator on Saturday when we arrived. The problem is that the elevator worked 1 time and then wouldn’t work properly again for the remainder of the stay. Brian would’ve had to spend every waking moment with us resetting the elevator every time we needed to use it which was often. This is a great property IF you don’t need the elevator to work.

Stones Throw June 2023

The things we love about Stones Throw: location, pool and pool deck furnishings, umbrella table for shade, kitchen size and appliances, overall house layout with all en-suite bedroom baths, ample elevated decks with great seating and fantastic ocean views and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. The only issues experienced during our stay were electrical, which were addressed promptly by our host. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend this property. Thanks, Lynn + Dave
