The apartment was relatively cheap to rent so our expectations were not high but the apartment was reasonable value for money. It has a nice terrace though there’s not a lot of sunbathing space as most of it is taken up by the covered area. The view is excellent though and being up in the hills it is quiet although, at the moment, there is quite a bit of construction in the area. Internally, the apartment is fine and reasonably well equipped. However, the air conditioning needs some attention as, even though we are very experienced with a/c’s, we could never get this one quite right. We also had an annoying ticking noise coming from the roof space in the vestibule between the lounge and the downstairs bedroom. This needs to be investigated.
