Comfortable semi-detached villa with a simple and complete interior with recent furniture. It benefits from pretty exteriors which house a private swimming pool, a covered terrace for enjoying your meals as well as a lawn area. The sea is just 2.5 km away and the first restaurants and supermarkets are less than 500 meters away.

Inside (on 2 levels): Living / dining room with TV. Separate equipped kitchen (with electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, iron and ironing board). 4 double bedrooms (with 2 double beds and 4 single beds). 1 bathroom. 1 shower room. Wifi internet.

Outside: Covered and uncovered terrace. Portable barbecue. Solarium and garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs). Fenced plot. Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m with Roman steps and outdoor shower. One parking space on the street and one space in the garage.

Approximate distances: Urbanization: Las Tres Calas. Sea 2.5 km. Ametlla de Mar town center 4 km. Bus stop, first supermarkets and restaurants 200 meters away. Tarragona 55 km. Barcelona 150 km. Salou and Cambrils about 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
