Renovated Fraser Crossing Studio - with excellent 5th floor views of the Winter Park Resort and within 150 yard walk to the of the slopes and village.
This unit has 443 square feet and is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental. This well appointed studio has new flooring and furnishings. The kitchenette has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove and a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and dining area.
Enjoy the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV from the king bed, or sitting area which includes a comfortable sofa
The bathroom has a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring and updated vanity.
This is a handicapped accessible vacation rental.

Main floor lobby area with seating, flat screen TV, paid heated underground parking, private ski lockers. This property has a giant common area amenity deck that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes. The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.

Wrong code to enter into room; took over an hour to finally get into room while we were waiting in the hallway trying to get ahold of customer support. We wanted a place with a hot tub. We purchased this rental because there was a hot tub advertised. Hot tub was closed our whole stay for construction. Pretty upsetting. Fire alarms were completely missing and not installed. Wires hanging out of ceiling instead of an alarm. Room was fine otherwise. Nothing fancy but pretty disappointed overall. Would not recommend staying here.

Clean, Easy, & Cozy!
We had a short trip to Winter Park for our wedding anniversary. The property and room were clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a quick weekend trip. Beautiful spot in the summer, but I can imagine this would be an AWESOME spot for winter sports goers. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!
