Firefly Haven is a quintessential Fire Island beach house located in Ocean Beach right near the border of the village of Seaview. We are adding a 10' by 18' pool for this summer. The spacious house offers 4 BRs, which give you plenty of space for the entire family to come and have a most memorable vacation. Newly renovated full bathroom a marble large walk-in shower. We have also updated the back porch to add a coffee bar / beverage area with a with a undercounter beverage fridge and undercounter ice maker. The house is perfectly situated one block from the pristine barrier beaches and one block from "downtown." No need to schlep along everything you own; the house comes loaded with a coffee bar, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, fully stocked kitchen, a grill, outdoor dining area and of course linens, towels, and supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The home stays nice and cool with the mini split units in all rooms. The large back deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a midday break from the beach or an evening BBQ with some cocktails and a game of cornhole. After a sun-filled day at the beach you can relax with a refreshing outdoor shower before you hit the town.

The living room is comfortable and inviting with a large smart TV that offers Amazon Prime TV, Netflix, Disney+, and DirectTV Streaming for network and cable channels (high speed WiFi). While you settle in to watch a movie, the kids can watch their own shows in the large enclosed front porch, which has a separate TV with all the same streaming services.
Firefly Haven is located right in the middle of everywhere you’ll want to be. Being just steps to the beach and town make it the perfect location. The downtown area offers, restaurants, markets, a bakery, ice cream and sweet shops, a playground, boutiques, variety and souvenir stores, pizza parlors, and plenty of nightlife.
Great day trips can be taken from our town either by hoping on the water taxi to head to a destination or walking through the various towns – both are very enjoyable options. You can hike to the Fire Island Lighthouse for the day or go in the opposite direction to visit the Sunken Forest. One of the best things about Fire Island is that there are no cars! Kids can ride their bikes or walk around without the fear of car traffic nagging at you.
