Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. Bathroom with shower and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 10 sqm balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Premantura. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. There is another holiday house IST PRE 269 (4 people) on the property. In Premantura, there is a restaurant, café, souvenir shop, supermarket, shopping store, windsurfing, diving, bicycles, car rental available on site, bicycle rental. Access is via a side road.
