Our modern house is located in the quiet of the Beslon district. It is perfectly equipped.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with living/dining room and open kitchen, fitted and equipped, a scullery with washing machine and dryer, a master suite (bed 180) with en-suite shower room, a dressing room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed (140) and storage cupboard, 1 second bedroom with double bed (140) and storage cupboard, a bathroom and separate toilet.
In our garden, enjoy our south-facing terrace with everything you need to have a good time, barbecue, sun loungers, and our heated swimming pool (4x2.5m) and secured thanks to the sliding terrace.
The famous Avenue de Gaulle is a 10-15 minute walk away, as well as the "Salines" shopping area where you will find a Carrefour Market, an excellent bakery, and other shops.
La Baule market is a 15-minute walk away.
The beach is a 5-minute drive away (20 minutes walk).

Superbe maison bien équipée pour des vacances familiales. La piscine chauffée est parfaite.A quelques pas des commerces et du marché de la Baule, l'endroit est idéal. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très accueillants.
