- Cleaning includes property restoration by professionals, not dishwashing, waste disposal, deodorizing, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. A supplement of €25 will be charged for additional expenses.
- Bed linen and towels provided; change during the stay available on request with a supplement.
- Additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before arrival.
- Initial supplies provided; products for the rest of the stay are your responsibility.
- Early check-in and late check-out possible with a supplement and subject to availability.
- Non-compliance with house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors, etc.) will incur a €50 additional fee for management costs.
- Responsible use of heating and water is required. Usage is intended for the number of guests stated in the reservation. Excessive consumption may result in a refund request for incurred expenses.
