The apartment is located on Elbhang overlooking the Elbe and Blue Wonder and very mat to the funicular and the oldest suspension railway in the world.

Nearby you will find good restaurants, cafes, beer gardens and the Elbe romantic Elbhang-Müller Weingarten of the winemaker.

For sports activities, the Elbe cycling path and the Dresdner Heide offers.

In order to explore Dresden, start best from the breakpoint Dresden sightseeing spot.

Third time staying here

The apartment is spotless and well-furnished. There are so many drawers and closets, we filled only a small portion when we put our clothes away. This makes it easy to keep the place neat. The location is steps from the bus stop and a wonderful German bakery. There is a wonderful view of the Blaues Wunder Bridge from the two balconies.

Spacious, clean, and great location

This apartment is very big with lots of closets and drawers. It was very clean. We have stayed there previously. It is just steps to the bus stop and one bus stop (or walk) to a nice grocery store. We have family in the Loschwitz area of Dresden and will stay in this apart each time we visit.

We stayed for 5 weeks in this apartment - 2 adults and 2 children and it was great. Excellent apartment: clean, spacious and convenient kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with shower. Great insulation, hot days - no problem. Perfect location, 2 min to a bus stop, close to a mall, stores, cinema, pharmacy. Very close to the river, great walking paths. Very close to a forest with pathways. The host was very, very nice. Always there to help us, and great advice for seeing the Dresden city. Overall A+

Gorgeous property in an excellent location. Beautiful view, even in early December. Very charming and quiet interior - large and comfortable bed, plenty of space, great shower with plenty of hot water, good heating, nice kitchen, very comfortable sofas. Wifi was fine for email and downloads, but sometimes a little unstable for streaming. Good restaurants and grocery stores in the area, and very good transit to the main areas of Dresden. Only a couple of small things to remark on: check-in and communication were rated 4 instead of 5 stars due to some problems contacting the host through the Vrbo app and text messages (but we were able to connect in the end.) The listing photos are very accurate, but 'accuracy of listing' is 4 instead of 5 stars because of missing details about the specific extra cost of sheets/towels (30 euro for 2 of us), and a 50 euro cash security deposit that was requested via email prior to checkin (however when we arrived it wasn't claimed, mostly due to the difficulty of scheduling an inspection at checkout.) Also it's good to know is that while the property is beautifully finished and a pleasure to stay in, there are almost none of the amenities one typically finds (no shampoo or shower gel, little in terms of 'basics' in the kitchen, and just the bare minimum of toilet roll.) Not a real problem - it just means an early trip to the store.

wir hatten absolut tolle Tage in Dresden. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Sie lag keine 500m weg vom Elberadweg und Gastronomie direkt an der Elbe. Die Tipps des Vermieters waren für unseren Aufenthalt Gold wert und führten mit zum sehr entspannten und erholsamen Kurzurklaub.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Blaue Wunder. Netter Vermieter, der nützliche Tipps für die Umgebung bereitstellt. Von der Fewo aus kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen (Standseilbahn, Schwebebahn, Dresdner Heide, Elbschlösser etc.). Der Kuchengenuss im Café Wippler (Eierschecke und Zupfkuchen) war für mich ein (tägliches) Highlight :-). Und den Kaffee in Charlottes Enkel am Schillerplatz werde ich vermissen.

Passt zu Dresden

Angenehme Ausstattung - für zwei maximal 3 Personen gut geeignet. Verkehrsgeräuche muss man akzeptieren, dafür hat man gute öffentliche Anbindung. Bäckerei und elbufer ist gleich um die Ecke. Vermieter ist sehr nett. Nur leider stehen keine Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung bzw nur weiter weg oder sehr teuer.

Ferienwohnung mit fast perfekter Lage

Wir haben 4 Übernachtungen in dieser Ferienwohnung gebucht und sind voll und ganz zufrieden. Gute Aussicht auf das Elbufer und dem Blauen Wunder! Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne auf dem Balkon. Bäcker und Anschluss an den ÖPNV ohne weite Wege vorhanden. Dazu optional die Möglichkeit auf eine sicheren Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Für uns ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Toller Blick aufs Blaue Wunder, man hat viele Restaurants, Biergärten und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern an der Elbe. Schöne Lage, direkt am blauen Wunder.

Sehr geräumige, gemütlich und mit Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehenswürdigkeiten in DD-Neustadt in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso der herrliche Schillergarten für den abendlichen Ausklang mit guten Speisen und Getränken. Dank Herrn Zickmantels sehr guten Infos haben wir von Einkauf bis Gaststätten alles schnell gefunden.

Städtereise

Sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften beidseitig der Elbe in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir auf einem der beiden Balkone abstellen. Auf dem Elberadweg kommt man schnell ins Zentrum oder nach Pillnitz.

Sehr schöner Blick auf das Blaue Wunder

Insgesamt hat es uns in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr sauber und ist funktionell eingerichtet. Am Meisten haben wir den Ausblick auf das Blaue Wunder beim Frühstück genossen. Man sollte wissen, dass das Kinderzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, allerdings nur zum Flur und zur Haustür. Da mussten wir abends und nachts nicht durchgehen.
