Cozy home in Medulin with WiFi

Spend your holiday in this beautiful holiday home with a wonderful swimming pool. It consists of three comfortable accommodation units. On the ground floor there are two flats with separate entrances and a large covered terrace in front. The upper residential unit, which you reach via an external staircase, consists of two floors with internal staircases and access to three open terraces or balconies, one of which is on the roof and gives you a magnificent view of the sea. Enjoy the fully fenced plot with car park and outdoor barbecue, as well as two WCs by the pool. There is also a swing for the little ones. This accommodation is close to the sea and the beach and will certainly meet your requirements.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Für ihre To-do Liste:Die Abflüsse bei allen Badezimmern in der Dusche, laufen nicht richtig ab. Die müssten mal überholt werden. Die Abflüsse in der Küche, bei allen Küchen müssten auch mal sauber gemacht werden, da kommen Gerüche raus beim Wasser ablaufen. Die Spülmaschinen im ganzen Haus benötigen Salz und Klarspüler. Das wird angezeigt.Die Matratzen bei den unteren Wohnungen sind uns zu weich gewesen. Was natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Vielleicht sind die aber auch schon etwas älter und durch gelegen!.Vom Gesamtbild her sind wir sehr glücklich gewesen. Tolle Lage, toller Pool und tolles Haus. Die Leute, die uns empfangen haben, haben wirklich ein großes Lob verdient und sind sehr sehr nett gewesen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, da es nicht nur sehr sauber war sondern auch sehr modern.
