Villa Elodie is a brand new luxury villa for up to 12 people. Villa is located in Medulin, 900 m from the sea.

There are 6 bedrooms in the villa, each with a private bathroom. Our guests can use a private pool, hot tub, a summer kitchen and private parking for 4 cars (fenced and covered).

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and air conditioning unit. Two bathrooms are equipped with a bath, and four bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all home appliances including oven, freezer and large family table for 12 people.

Villa Elodie in Medulin also offers a barbecue area in the backyard.

Covered terrace features 2 outdoor tables for a total of 12 people. You can enjoy a nice view of the illuminated pool and yard. Spacious balcony offers a view of the quiet neighborhood.

WiFi and SAT-TV are provided free of charge. Towels and bed linen are also provided free of charge. The outdoor toilet, shower, sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available.

Sehr schöne Villa

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Wohnlage, perfekt ausgestattet. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die Ruhe suchen. Nach Medulin in die Stadt und zum Hafen etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr nette Vor-Ort-Betreuung beim Check-in/Check-out für alle Fragen. Gerne wieder.

Super Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Frau Monika hat uns super betreut. Unkomplizierter Check-in, Check-out. Das Der Anblick des mehrstöckigen Appartementhauses gegenüber war nicht so prickelnd. Dafür war die Zentrale Lage des Ferienhauses super. Das Zentrum von Medulin kann leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Mit der Villa Elodie kann man überhaupt nichts falsch machen. Das Haus ist ein Traum und genau so auch der Service von der Verwaltung vor Ort. Man stand uns bei Rat und Tat zur Seite und es wurde einem sofort persönlich vor Ort geholfen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke. Man kann die Promenade, den Supermarkt und auch das Restaurant alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist wirklich eine Herzensempfehlung 🙂
