Find your way to a beach adventure at Cabin By The Sea, a beautiful newly constructed 3 bedroom + bunks, 3.5 bath home located in the Villas of Frangista. Step through the front door into serene tranquility and a beautiful open floor plan boasting a spacious room, dining area and a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. This home has been updated with all new furnishings throughout! On the first floor, you will find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a twin over twin bunk in the hallway. There is also a washer/dryer located behind the kitchen for your convenience. Journey upward to the second floor will grant you access to the remaining sleeping areas including a Master King Suite with ensuite bathroom and two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Step out onto the private balcony, also on this level, and enjoy the ocean air. This beautiful home is only a short stroll to the community pool and only 880 yards to the beach access on Miramar Beach. When you ponder a vacation, don't think cabin in the woods: Think Cabin By The Sea!

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.

*Max 2 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Cabin By The Sea is located about 2.5 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great stay - just what we were looking for.

I found the property company to be great to work with. All information in the listing was accurate, including the distance to the beach, It's exactly as stated and not a bad walk at all. The neighborhood is still under some construction, but it's very nice. Great for walking our dog. Also, I don't think the listing mentioned it, but the pool is just around the corner from the house - so very convenient. The house itself is fantastic, and includes everything you need. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. I did purchase and leave a nicer wine opener, as the one there was bent and didn't work well. Otherwise they have most everything you need. I would make just a couple of suggestions to the owners for consideration. First off it would be nice to include some beach chairs/umbrella. As it turns out the rental gives you the private beach access, but not the wrist band needed to rent these at the beach, so leaving some inexpensive chairs there for tenants use would be nice. We went to Walmart and paid $80 for 2 chairs and umbrella - this worked perfect. Actually we think this is better anyway - since rental is $45 a day (even if they would rent them to us- but they wouldn't because the lack of wrist bands??? crazy...). Also there was an iron board in the house, but no iron. We didn't need one, so no problem. Also I would recommend a nicer grill for the unit. Perhaps one that uses propane. The one there is very old and rusted and only uses charcoal. We did not use it while we were there. Finally, despite my recommendations above, I would certainly recommend this place - and especially would recommend renting from RealJoy, they were great and very professional.

Place could be a little cleaner. Or leave some cleaning supplies for touch up,

The house was comfortable, but it would be nice if a swifter or vacuum cleaner was left for touch ups. The cleaners just rush through it and not up to my standards. Overall it was very nice.
