Best of both worlds!

Amazing property with golf course views. Peaceful property with minutes to the beach. Perfect for couple trips and family vacations. We loved how pet friendly and quiet the property was. Condo is just as pictured and had everything we needed for a full week stay.

Fabulous stay

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the beach is about a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. There’s a pool right down the road. Family friendly environment for all ages.

Fall getaway to a slice of Paradise ☀️❤️

We absolutely loved our stay and cannot say enough great things about this complex, the unit and the Ohanas! We have stayed at Seascape as a family for years and continue to return. We love all the amenities of the basketball court, tennis courts, bike rentals and access to the beach. This unit was beautifully decorated, super clean, very comfortable sleeping arrangements all while the owners were very kind and very responsive to any messages. They shared their beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys which saved us money and space for packing. We need every inch of space in the vehicle we could get! I highly recommend the Ohana’s paradise unit. You won’t regret booking with them ☀️🌊🌴 We will be booking this unit again ❤️

Fall Break 2023

We are a family of 6 - 3 teenagers girls and a 11 yr old boy. The space was perfect. There was only a couple issues we had. The address that was given for the GPS was to the hotel next door. So when we arrived we were a little lost. Once we found the condo it was further away then we thought. Walking to the beach with toy’s, kids and coolers was way to far. By the time you spend the whole day there the walk back was awful. I would recommend driving. We had a couple concerns as soon as we got there so when I reached out about them, I got a quick response. They were fast to reply with any questions or concerns we had. Overall I would give it a 5 stars and definitely would stay again.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our vacation. We had a blast. We loved our condo and the location. The reason for the 3 stars is because the maintenance of the property needs to be better. Patio chairs broken, door latch broken, shower curtain hanging. We also didn’t have enough linens to use for the sofa pull out. I did communicate these things and they were brought to us. Some things weren’t clean like the coffee pot had old coffee in it and food was left in a cabinet. We also had issues in the Queen room with roaches and the hall bathroom. I think the property manager can do a better job of the walk through to ensure maintenance is done and cleaners didn’t forget anything before the next people arrive. I am a property manager myself so I may be a little pickier than most because I notice everything. Overall it was a great stay.

Seascape Resort is ideally located between Destin and 30A; you'll be near popular restaurants, premier shopping, and fun entertainment. Known as Destin's best-kept secret, Seascape Resort encompasses over 300 acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach.
At Seascape Resort, you're in the heart of everything! Located just a few miles from excellent shopping centers, like Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons, with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway and has a movie theater!

Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail, within walking distance from the property, for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.

We recommend checking out Dolphin Reef if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the great seal life that calls the reef home. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
