Nice condo, with beautiful view. Comfortable beds and kitchen had all the amenities needed.Elevator area was small and hot. Beach was not crowded but they put the chairs out late and would take them from you at 5pm even if you were still using them.

The location and the security of the building made us feel safe and the view from our condo was beautiful. We watch dolphins from our window one morning drinking coffee. The beach was not crowded. He’d plenty of room on the beach. Very peaceful place to stay. We would stay here again.

Perdido Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room and the condo was very well stocked with kitchen equipment, books, and even some board games. The view of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows and balcony were phenomenal. Everything was very clean and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for the week we stayed. Would definitely come back to this unit in the future!

The location is great and the views are beautiful. The condo's floors were not as clean as I prefer. There was m & m's under the bed and there was a weird moldy smell when we first got there. (From a wet mop.). There was construction on the balcony on the gulf side, so we were unable to use that during our stay. The unit itself was perfect for our party. It had most amenities that we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did during the weekend. The beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun in Perdido Key

I visited Perdido Key with my husband, 2 kids and 2 of their friends. We had a blast and our condo was wonderful. Perdido Key Towers 801 is just as pictured. There is plenty of room for all of us to have our own space but also come together for games at the end of the day. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Condo was exactly as described. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Beach area was quiet, pool area was clean. We had no issues during the stay and did not have to contact maintenance/owners. Nice unit but weather was not cooperating

The unit was very nice, views were breathtaking. Kitchen well equipped. When maintenance was needed, they arrived quickly. Check in was smooth and seamless.Bathrooms had plenty of towels but you have a washer/dryer to use if you ran out. Luxury Coastal rental company was very responsive if a question was asked….very important.Definitely recommend!

The condo itself was nice and as pictured. There was a water pressure issue affecting all of the condos in the building. The main bedroom bath had very little water pressure making the sink unusable even after the water pressure issue was corrected. Maintenance on the building appeared to be in progress. The pool was closed the entire stay

Property was awesome, property managers were great - we spoke to them as we drove down to discuss the weather and how Hurricane IDA would affect our stay. Condo was clean, awesome views and updated. We love Perdido Towers and we've found a new favorite. I'm sure we'll be back before the end of the year.

Beautiful condo, I think we have found our forever vacation place!

Love, love, love this place. Pictures do not do it justice. Four adults three children more than enough room for all. Having three bathrooms was great. The beach was great not crowed at all. Didn't have to wait on the elevator one time. The children loved the boat docks on the bay side the most. Bought a crab trap and a net and had a successful time. Thanks for a great vacation!

OMG simply amazing condo

Amazing job by Luxury Coastal Vacation. Every detail was handled with courtesy, professionalism, kindness and joy. I reached out 3 times for silly stuff and they were great. Our condo could have been cleaner, floors need a serious scrubbing and cabinets were sticky, but overall a beautiful place. Owners have done great job supplying all you need. Definitely will return!!! We loved it and super secure & safe.

Overzealous security correcting adults and children alike. Hire a life guard if that’s the properties intent. Not some fellow in a yellow shirt watching from an A/C room. Really creepy in a sense.
