Hi Guests! We hope you can enjoy our home we’re calling Sugarmaple Lake House on 2.5 acres of mostly open space with 260 feet of private waterfront. It’s been a dream of ours for years to have a quaint little retreat on a lake — in a very different kind of place than where we’ve lived for over 25 years now. My wife, Chantal and I are both from the West Coast — where we met — and where we currently reside with our little girl, Ysabel. We have recently sought greener, more remote pastures however and when we found this place gracing the shores of Sebasticook, we knew this journey had begun. If you look out onto the grass toward the lake and to the right, you will see our newly planted, young Sugarmaple tree that signifies this new beginning. While we have you enjoy this property, it is our goal to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible. Please take advantage of our kayaks and fishing poles for some lake fun and if you’re an ATV’er you’ve got the Moosehead Trail (AKA Four Seasons Adventure Trail) just 5 minutes away. Now if you’re here in the wintertime, then you’ll want to hit the slopes at Hermon Mountain, snowmobile across the lake (if it’s frozen) , or cross country ski on those same trails for a little more cardio.
