Stayed here 2nd weekend in October. This place is a gem - clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen well stocked, lots of seating options inside and out. Great location on the upper east side of Seneca Lake, very quiet easy to navigate the areas wineries/breweries/dining. We enjoyed the seating area down by the lake as well. The host Amanda was prompt and courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. It’s a nice setting. The beach lakefront access was private, and the dock was awesome for hanging out on. There are multiple wineries and breweries close by the house. The hosts were very accommodating all in all the great time.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at this property! A group of friends stayed here for a wedding down the street and it was absolutely perfect! Even more beautiful and spacious than the photos!! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a lake get away.

Musselman weekend

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay for the triathlon weekend. It was a short drive to Geneva and we enjoyed the private dock and kayaks! The beds were also very comfortable.
