Gran estancia. Los anfitriones son sumamente acogedores y amables. Las terrazas son súper, sobre todo la de la planta de arriba, para disfrutarla por la tarde noche, o incluso el desayuno. Al contar con garaje y piscina es muy cómodo olvidarse de coche y andar un poco, o bañarse dentro del residencial con su chiringuito (hasta tiene una barra dentro de la piscina, aunque no puedes pagar con tarjeta ni bizum). En resumen, hemos disfrutado la estancia, y el duplex da juego para disfrutar las distintas horas del día.

Es un apartamento increíble, nos gustó mucho, yo fui con mi madre y mi hermana. Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza de la parte de arriba era una pasada muy acogedora, nos gustó también mucho porque tienen el apartamento muy equipado incluyendo que hay piscina comunitaria, bar en la piscina con vecin@s y trabajadores muy simpáticos y tienen plaza de garaje por lo cual no puedo poner ninguna queja, volveremos a repetir. Los dueños del apartamento eran muy simpáticos y atentos, muchas gracias. Saludos.

¡Ojo, leer esto antes de alquilar!

No vale los casi 1200€ que he pagado. tengo videos y fotos que prueban lo que digo. En primer lugar, es una segunda planta sin ascensor. En el anuncio solo aparecen las escaleras interiores para subir a la terraza de arriba, por cierto, una de las pocas cosas que estaban bien. El calor en todo el apartamento es INFERNAL, y lo digo literalmente. Cuenta con un aire acondicionado en el salón, que no consigue bajar de los 27 grados y cuya instalación está mal, por lo que debes cambiar los bidones de agua unas 4 veces al día. El aparato de aire situado en la habitación pequeña, además de echar aire caliente, suena tanto que parece que vas a salir volando. Esta habitación no baja de los 32 grados. Hay ventiladorcito de techo que, además de dar poquísimo aire, como este es caliente, no sirve. Al estar en una urbanización cerrada con piscina y chiringuito, la gente se reúne abajo con música, risas y jaleo hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Esto, sumado al calor, hace prácticamente imposible dormir. La casa está viejuna, el baño es de "Cuéntame", está desgastado y da la sensación de suciedad. Toallas, bayetas y demás, tan viejas que están sucias por el uso. No hay televisión. Existe pero, al no tener antena, no funciona, solo puedes ver DVD con los títulos en francés. En la nevera nos habían dejado botes abiertos de salsas. Todo fue comunicado a los propietarios, que se pusieron a la defensiva en lugar de buscar soluciones.

1200 € payés, vous dites, or, nous sommes seulement à 850 € la semaine. Le RESTANT EST LA SOMMR DES CHARGES QUE VOUS AVEZ PAYÉ AU PRESTATAIRE ABRITEL. Connaissant ABRITEL vous avez dû recevoir un récapitulatif avec toutes les charges payées. Malheureusement pour nous, vous ne l’avez pas ouvert et donc remarqué le montant de vos charges que vous avez laissé à ABRITEL. Tout comme l endroit où notre appartement se situe vous le saviez depuis quelques semaines déjà mais comme pour les charges d ABRITEL vous n’avez pas du regarder ou se situait puerto de mazarron nous ne sommes pas dans le nord mais bien dans le sud de l Espagne ou l’on sait tous que le climat est très chaud. Concernant l appartement on remarque bien sûr une photo mise sur l annonce que nous sommes bien en étage et dans l annonce nous avons pas indiqué qu il avait un ascenseur , on l à pas cochée car il en a pas. Il faut à un moment donné savoir bien lire les annonces et faire attention aux photos qui sont mises .Vous qui avez beaucoup voyagé et que nous ne vous croyons pas du tout vous n avez rien organisé en nous posant des questions comment etait le bien si il etait à étage malgre qu on le voit très bien si la copro etait grande ou petite pour le bruit ou etait puerto de mazarron car à nous dire qu il fait chaud nous sommes à la frontière de l Andalousie. De plus nous dire qu on est sur la défensive parce qu’on vous demande d ecrire n à rien d etre sur la défensive ça permet juste d’avoir vos écrits . vos
