Pool can be heated and is located in a Large Lanai with comfortable sofa and chairs and a table that seats 8 people....House has 3 bedrooms....Master has king bed with a 65" smart TV and attached master bath...Other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds with 44" smart TV's , Hallway bathroom, Laundry with washer and dryer, Family room off kitchen with 75" Smart TV and 4 reclining seats, Dining Room open to kitchen seats 8 people and queen sofa bed located in living room. Minutes from downtown Cape Coral where you will find lots of restaurants, bars with live music and shopping.

The home is beautiful and had everything you would need. Awesome pool and deck by the canal. Easy check in and communication was great from the start. Would highly recommend staying here.

AMAZING HOUSE

For starters, The owners of this property were so great to us with communication. The house is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The decor is perfect too. The layout of the house is open, and fresh. The house was very clean, and welcoming. I loved the colors of the couches too. Warm/Beach vibes, without being overwhelming. The only issue with this property is that I don’t live here !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We seriously loved it so much, we want to move to this neighborhood now!! We will 100% be back to this house.

Very nice house which was well equipped! Beautiful pool area with a great amount of seating! Property manager was very easy to work with and made check in process very simple!
