Nice 2-room apartment partially renovated ideal for a couple or a family up to 4 people.
Located in the Crozats building, close to shops thanks to the Snow public elevator, Les Crozats will allow you to enjoy Avoriaz and a magnificent unobstructed view due to its high floor.
On the 7th floor of a residence with an elevator:
- Entrance hall equipped with a large storage closet
- Bathroom with bathtub - ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing
- Separate toilets with electric shoe dryer
- Bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190cm) and storage
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave) => Attention this apartment does not have a dishwasher!
- Pleasant and bright living room with dining table for 4
- 2-seater sofa bed in the living room
- French door giving access to a sunny balcony-terrace with an unobstructed view
- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence
