The Great Room features a comfortable seating area with a 50" smart TV, a large dining table for six, and an open Gourmet Kitchen with stainless appliances, expansive pantry, and large breakfast everything at hand that a gourmet cook could want. And your bartender will love the wet bar with 2 built in wine and beverage refrigerators. It's perfect for hanging out together while cooking, entertaining, bar tending, watching movies or playing games.

Just off the Great Room is the ultra-private Master Suite with King size bed and dual vanities in the en-suite bathroom. At the other end of the house are two Guest Bedrooms, both with King size beds, as well as a Guest Bathroom. All three bedrooms feature 40" flat screen HDTV's and comfortable luxurious new bedding and option for those who prefer down comforters. There are 3 single daybeds in the Sunroom for additional guests.

La Quinta has STRICT guidelines for outdoor music that MUST be adhered to, the fines are extremely high (north of $5000 per incident) and you will be responsible for the fine.

- POOL HEATING - We do not heat the pool in the summer months, June, July and August. If you would like the pool heated outside of those months the charge is $75/day and must be paid in advance. We heat the pool to 85 which is above the industry standard of 83.
