Spacious and comfortable private home in a relaxing ocean theme -- 3 bedrooms, 2 full plus 1 half bathrooms with pool, outdoor bar, and patio. Great for families or groups visiting the desert. The home sits at the top of the cove nestled in between the Santa Rosalia mountains with expansive views, easy access to hiking and biking trails, and minutes away from Old Town La Quinta to discover wonderful restaurants and quaint shops. Or stay in and relax with our big-screen TV and roomy stocked kitchen. Barbecue on your outdoor patio and belly up to the surfboard bar. We're pet-friendly!

Close to Empire Polo Grounds hosting Coachella and Stagecoach concerts, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, movie theater, and markets. Hop in the car to reach local restaurants, spas, golf courses, the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, and El Paseo shopping.

Great stay in La Quinta

Very happy with our recent stay. The house was clean, well stocked and the quiet location was perfect for accessing restaurants and other amenities. Our host, Yvonne,was great…very open and responsive.

Spacious house, great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for my group (4 adults), and the location was great. At the time of our stay, the grill was not working, the furniture could use an upgrade, and there was some minor cleanliness concerns-- carpets could use a steam or replacing, sponges in the kitchen were not new, and some condiments left in the fridge from the previous stay looked a little iffy. The fence was also a little precarious in the wind, but I informed the owner, and we were all safe, so that is all that matters.

Winter Getaway

Great location, walking distance to gorgeous hikes, from easy to more difficult. Short drive to grocery stores, dining and browsing around. Loved Old Town LaQuinta. House comfortably furnished, comfy beds, great kitchen. Garage parking and washer/dryer were a plus. Beautiful pool and backyard.

Power Trip!

We came to La Quinta to attend PowerTrip festival. It was an amazing weekend, and we were comfortable and happy. The place is close to the venue, yet away from the masses that converged on the city for the event. Nice place, comfy beds, clean pool and all the amenities we needed to rest and recuperate each day in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for having us.

An enjoyable experience

The house is very nice and comfortable. We were gone most of the day so we mostly enjoyed a glassful wine on the patio and sleeping over. The master bedroom and bath is very nice. We didn’t cook but appreciated that the kitchen is well stocked with spices and some food if you needed. The house is close to a little park for hiking and close to Lavender, our favorite restaurant for happy hour.

Family Gathering

We totally enjoyed our stay. The outside seating was a little cramped with about 9 people over for a family gathering. We would have liked to have a couple folding chairs for additional seating. The interior suited our needs will although the living room area seemed really dark. Thank you Laurie Miller

Coachella stay

House looks just like photos, clean and easy check in. Be aware! After just checking in and dropping off our bags we left for 2 hours to get groceries and a quick bite, came back to our valuables being stolen.. unaware of how “intruder” came in. Host was quick to communicate with and we filed a police report. Whoever came into the home knew it was a rental home. So sucked for just our first night there. Other than that home is equipped with all necessities.

100% Restful

We loved the location off the beaten path, but close to Old Town La Quinta. The owners went above and beyond making sure things were right and they were most gracious hosts. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our coffee everyday on the patio along with 2 morning doves that visited us. The hiking trails nearby were easy to access and you could create your own trip from a half mile to entire day. You can be in Palm Springs in about 30 minutes via HWY 10, or meander along 111. Joshua Tree NP is about 45-60 min away. We chose to hit a different establishment for happy hour each day. Best food and service was at RD RNNR with Stufft Pizza a close second. For dinner, Lavendar Bistro is pricey but the best meal we had and well worth it. Especially on Tuesdays for 1/2 bottles of wine. The Grill in Main Street was lackluster in food, service and atmosphere. The area is amazing and we can't thank the hosts enough for their home and welcome to the area. We plan on returning next year!

Family Holiday

Convenient location settled near the mountain range offering lovely views in all directions. Very close to nature trails that make a morning walk or run something to look forward to. The house is nicely stocked, and the owners are very responsive to any needs.

it was a nice location and house, but the house needs alot of tender loving care and maintenance. The fence is about to fall over if you sneeze on it, the water misters didn't work and when tried to fix them you can tell they have not worked in some time. Also very uncomfortable having cameras every where you look, it makes you not feel like you are enjoying yourself when you don't know if you are being watched or recorded. Would not rent again due to these reasons.

Home & pool were clean upon arrival. Hosts provide several kitchen, bathroom, and pool necessities. Rooms were all specious and everyone had their own bathroom. Pool area well maintained and provided fun space to hangout. Hosts are great with communicating and responding.

Vacation with pet .

Property well situated as Cove ideal for walks and hiking. Very quiet nights, safe area. Manager responded quickly to concerns. Plumbing needed repairs, and was improved. Comfortable M bed. Kitchen well equipped and many extras in pantry. Dog contained in backyard safely and area dog friendly. Family oriented,not fancy., 21 happy days & nights!
