The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

No pets!

Please: No Smoking of any kind, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool - doing so will result in a $250+ fine for damages

No parties! And no photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.

No lifeguards will be on duty.

Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required for booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules.

Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.
