Spacious, clean, 4 (5) bedroom home with swimming pool (in season) and hot tub. Large covered front porch with swing and a screened back porch with rocking chairs. Large, fenced-in back yard. Check out Ross County Visitor's Bureau for information on things to do in Ross County. We have more than 175 mi. of hiking trails and a 30 mi. bike trail.

Great home

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Beth's home. Everything was as pictured. Very clean and we felt very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction for the time we spent there. One of our sons left some electronics in the house and Beth shipped it back to us very quickly, even paying the shipping the fees. Thank you Beth for sharing your home with our family!

Wonderfully kept home with excellent space for gathering and fellowship. We came together for Thanksgiving and had wonderful space to visit and celebrate. Clean and well-kept home!

The 60’s Birthdays Celebration

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities. The house is so big you can get lost in it. The pool and the hot tub were so refreshing. 7 of us girls celebrated our 60th birthdays together. We had a wonderful time. Only an hour away from Hocking Hills. I give it a 10

Family Trip 2023

Came to the area to visit Hocking Hills and this is the perfect place for a large family to relax and enjoy all the amenities of a home. The outdoor space has ample seating and the pool, hot tub, and gorgeous plants and flowers were favorites of our family. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because of the dust on cabinets and wall hangings/decorations but overall it was clean and tidy. I only gave 4 stars on check in because the front door was very difficult to open but otherwise the process and communication were fine.

Good to know information

Pool, hot tub, outside setting was amazing and 100% clean. As I know this is a new rental, I would suggest new beds. Beds were very uncomfortable and everyone preferred the couches or floor. Also, dust on fans and high places was thick. Allergies are bad in our family. Floors and bathrooms were clean. We had access to everything we needed. Owners were very communicative and I’m sure will take suggestions seriously. New comfortable beds and some thorough dusting, I would give this property a 5 but with those issues, I rated a 3. If changes took place, I would love to visit again.

Excellent space for a girls weekend!

The house is large and has many different areas for activities. We loved the layout and access to the deck with the hot tub and the pool. The pool was our favorite part of the house! The kitchen had every utensil and cookware item we might need and every question that might have popped up was already addressed by the owner before check in. Check in was easy with a lock box. It was super close to all of the things we wanted to do downtown. It was everyone's first time in Chillicothe and it made a bachelorette weekend for my grannie-coded daughter a 10/10!

The spaciousness of this house worked really great for my whole family to enjoy each other's company and at the same time be able to relax individually. My younger niece and nephew enjoyed the shallow end of the pool while my 15 year old enjoyed the diving board. Chillicothe offers many different shops restaurants and spas to meet the whole family different views of entertainment/shopping. My family just enjoyed ourselves all the way around. Thanks Beth!

This home is very comfortable, and the back yard is a delight. The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition, and we lucked into warm weather so we spent a good bit of time in the pool. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We had good meals at Lievita, Bell Farms, and Las Mariachas. A very enjoyable stay.

Perfect getaway!

Great family stay just a short drive to the Hocking Hills State Park Lodge and trails. Updated lodge has a great restaurant with gorgeous views. Also, about 5 minutes from the house is Buzzard's Roost, a Ross County Park, where there were no crowds! And be sure to hit Sumburger, a local gem, for - wait for it - infamous burgers and fries. The heated pool and 8-person hot tub were relaxing after a hike. Comfortable beds, even a crib and baby seat, and plenty of 1st floor rooms to spread out for reading, napping and cooking. And the flowers outside!! So many kinds of flowers that added to the outdoor pool area.

Wedding weekend

Home was great.. everyone had personal space with the 4 bedrooms. Master bath was very nice. We didn’t get to utilize the pool because how busy we were with the wedding and how cold it was outside. Pool water did feel very nice n warm though. My kids did use the hot tub late when we got back and really enjoyed the size of it. Over all I would stay here again when we visit Chillicothe again!

Spacious and comfortable for all

We were in Chillicothe to attend our daughter's wedding. The house was a perfect place for our family members and bridal party. There were plenty of beds and couches to provide a comfortable stay for all. The kitchen and dining room was a perfect place to gather and all enjoyed the hot tub and pool!

So much fun!

We had a great time! This was the perfect spot for a long weekend get together with friends before the kids started school again! It was a perfect size with great big rooms for the kids to play and the pool was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!
