60 m² + Terrace of 20 m2, with Pergola and peacful view of the gardens, the umbrella pines and the St Cyprien Golf Course ⛳ (La Forêt’s very quiet and shady, with eucalyptus scents)...



Ideal for sharing a good meal and relaxing !


- the swimming pool is just below on the left ; open from June to September (subject to prefectural decree !...) : 10 X 8 m - depth 1.50 m - RELAX !



Inside and very cool (with 3 new air conditioning units): large living room with convertible sofa (lounge), TV DVD and large bay window opening onto the terrace...



just like the Golf side room - with a king size bed of 160 x 200 + TV;



the one at sunset offers you two 90 x 200 beds (or 1 of 180!)

For a successful stay, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink + a separate toilet.



So if you want to See Green or dive into the Big Blue: the beaches are 5 minutes away (10 by bike - many cycle paths)...and the water sports center right next door



For sports enthusiasts, Tennis at Capellans’Stadium (+ squash and padel) and small ball lovers : 27-hole International Golf Course, with the magical landscapes of the Etangs or Canigou on spot...(or Tropical mini-golf in the area)


On foot, on horseback or by mountain bike, you can also appreciate the charms of the nature of Saint-Cyprien and this wonderful wine region



La Table du Golf serves until 3 p.m. and a large choice of restaurants at the Marina - very lively, as well as local (organic) shops or markets nearby and lots of things to visit : Jardins des Plante or Prade Park (summer concerts & festivals)..



Come as a couple, with family or friends to this seaside resort, in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains, and around 10 kilometers from Perpignan or Collioure and only around 30 from Spain...
