The house is located in a very quiet area, in a dead end and a small path allows you to reach the port on foot.
Two terraces border the house and the garden with many large trees will allow you to rest in peace.
By bike path you reach the beaches in ten minutes maximum.
The house is completely renovated, on one level it is bright and functional, allows you to go shopping on foot by quiet paths.
The beaches of Saint Cyprien are wild and immense, you are 10 minutes by car from Collioure and the rocky coast, less than half an hour from the countryside and the Albères.
