Great space to relax

This property was fantastic, it had plenty of space for the 5 people in our party. We all said if we were there with our families we would have been able to fit way more and still have room. The outdoor screened pool was really nice, as well as the outdoor screened sitting area. We had groceries delivered from Walmart and Jamie helped get them in the house. It was a great stay and a very helpful host, thanks for letting us enjoy your space.

Memorable Family Vacations

We had 5 generations stay for a VERY memorable family vacation! The kids loved all the games and the movie theater. All ages enjoyed the pool and lovely home. We had EVERY kitchen item we needed and was very happy to find coffee available when we arrived! Thanks to Will and Jamie for providing great accommodations! Will definitely come back!

Wonderful stay in Palm Coast

Excellent property with with excellent managers as well. Property was as described and met our expectations. It was clean and accommodated our group perfectly. The downstairs theater was a great bonus for our crew since we had 5 kids with us ranging ages 14-23. We did have some issues with the theater not working at first but the property manager was quick to respond and come over to help get it figured out. Beds were comfy although the queen bedroom on the lower level did get a little hot. The other bedroom has it's own AC unit so it was actually very cool. The home's interior is beautiful and the personal touches were amazing. There was a welcome basket on the counter when we arrived with lots of area information and even some treats. We felt incredibly cared for. The property manager even texted us midweek about a Space X launch which we were able to watch from the beach. The kitchen was mostly well appointed. We were a group of 9 and ate most of our meals at the house. For the most part we had everything we needed, although there were a few things that would've been nice to have. A mixer and a few more baking pans would've been helpful but we made due. Location is great. We were only 5 minutes from Varn Park Beach which was pristine and quiet. We drove to St. Augustine a couple times which was only about 30 minutes away. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and a stellar property. We would definitely stay again!

Fun by the Lagoon

The setting by the lagoon is a tropical paradise. The house itself is all that is advertised...all the amenities that you would want. Beautifully decorated, spacious, well stocked with necessities....the mini kitchen with refrigerator off the theater area was a plus. Beds were comfortable and entertainment plentiful. The kids (and adults) loved the game room as well as the screened pool. A great vacation spot! We will stay again at Tortuga House.

Great weekend!!

This was a fabulous property! We had such a great time. The property was spacious and in pristine condition. Lots of little touches to make the stay just perfect! Highly recommend!

When we discovered the Tortuga House was for sale we knew instantly we wanted provide this absolutely unique property to other families to create memories of their own. We completely renovated the Old Florida Estate and added all the personal touches we enjoy when we travel. From crisp white hotel sheets and comfortable mattresses to nonstop activities to create lasting memories.
This is a place where you can get out and explore Old Florida with a 10 minute drive south to historic downtown Flagler Beach or 20 minutes north to America’s oldest city, St. Augustine. Or you can have your groceries delivered and not leave the property for an entire week as you reconnect and never run out of activities to do right on property.
