Annonce pas assez précise

L'annonce ne précise pas que le gîte est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison et que le propriétaire habite juste au-dessus. Manque d'intimité en extérieur dans la partie privative du gîte.

Bonjour Bertrand. Oui effectivement l'annonce ne précisait pas rez-de-chaussée mais il est bien spécifié qu'il s'agit d'un appartement dans un petit ensemble immobilier et non d'une maison entière. Nous allons être plus précis sur l'annonce, afin d'éviter tous malentendus. Concenant l'intimité, vous avez l'intégralité de l'abris piscine couvert et fermé + la partie salon de jardin, sans aucun vis à vis . Vous avez loué un gîte pour votre usage exclusif et non pour recevoir toute votre famille: Ce gîte et prévu pour 4 personnes maximum et non pour six. Vous nous aviez demandé de recevoir votre neveu une heure ou deux . Ce que nous avions gentillement accepté et non une famille de 4 personnes durant plus de 5 heures!!!! Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même passé un excellent séjour. Sandrine et Ludovic.
