This pleasant and functionally furnished holiday home extends over two floors, which are connected by external stairs. As the house is situated on a small hill, you have a great panoramic view of the sea and the calm bay with its crystal-clear sea from the large terrace. The small village of Sparadici is located between the towns of ibenik and Primoten, where you will find a great range of leisure and cultural activities. Enjoy walks by the sea or take advantage of the nature trails for cycling. You can also try out the water sports on offer. Day trips to the Krka and Kornati national parks are also recommended.

A wonderful cosy little house in the quiet village of Sparadiči.

A wonderful cosy little house in the quiet village of Sparadiči. If you are looking for quiet and relaxation off the tourist buzz Visnja's house is excellent. You'll love the superb views from the roof terrace while cooling down in the shadows and if you like the next swim is just down the (steep and narrow) lane leading to the house - no two minutes' walk and off you jump into the clear water.In the evenings we (a family of five) enjoyed the outside grill (and for one last drink we'd recommend Noa's Café right at the seaside, no 5 mins walk).The location is also perfect for day trips to Sibenik, Primosten etc.Sporadiči offers no supermarket, but there is a little car coming along euch morning at about 9 am with frech fruits and bread, just stopping next to your place.Last but not least: Visnja is lovely and communication was perfect. Definitely a recommendation!

Miejscówka bardzo ładna, mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone we wszystko, czego na wakacjach potrzeba, piękny taras z leżakami, gdzie można spędzić przyjemy czas, bliziutko do pięknego morza i plaży. Właściciele bardzo mili, za to sąsiadka uciążliwa, bo przeszkadzały jej zabawy dzieci w wodzie.. Jedyny minus to bardzo stromy i wąski podjazd do mieszkania, ale wprawny kierowca da rade 😉 minusem można nazwać brak sklepu i restauracji w poblizu (nam to nie przeszkadzalo), ale codziennie pan dowozi świeże pieczywo. To były wspaniałe wakacje!!! ❤️

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit direkter Lage am Meer. Der Strand ist sehr ruhig und nicht mit Massentourismus überflutet, sodass man wirklich entspannte Tage da verbringen kann. Das einzig negative ist wirklich die Auffahrt, zum Haus. Mit gutem einweisen und fahrerischem können haben wir aber auch den T5 hoch und wieder runter gebracht.
