If you are looking for a cozy cottage with a unique location, its own way to the North Sea and panoramic views of the resort of Søndervig, this house is perfect.



The house is bright and inviting and offers space for the whole family. The heart of the house is the cozy kitchen with open fireplace and a fantastic view over the dunes and Søndervig. Enjoy cooking, playing or just relaxing with a good book and a crackling fire in the fireplace. In the morning, you can walk right out onto the beautiful terrace and enjoy your morning coffee while you plan the day's activities and excursions. From the terrace and the property you can also admire the beautiful panoramic view of Søndervig. Let your gaze wander and feel the tranquility.



Explore the dunes or the wide sandy beach and find beautiful stones and shells while enjoying the fresh air of the Versterhavet. In summer Søndervig is very lively, while in winter it is rather quiet. If the weather does not cooperate, go to Lalandia, where you can spend many entertaining hours swimming, bowling, padel tennis and much more. In Søndervig there is also a bicycle rental, many specialty stores, a large grocery store and restaurants. In the surrounding area there are many kilometers of well-maintained cycling and hiking trails, good surfing on Ringkøbing Fjord, several fishing lakes, a large golf course, varied nature with a rich animal and bird life and last but not least the North Sea, which is always worth an experience regardless of the season.

Ein wunderbares Haus in absoluter Toplage.

Ein wunderbares Haus in absoluter Toplage. Etwas sportlich vom Parkplatz zum Haus aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und toll ausgestattet. Der Kamin hat alles wunderbar warm gehalten so dass wir Anfang November keine extra Fußbodenheizung brauchten. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein aber das ist auch unwichtig, man will ja nur drin schlafen. Hatte noch nie so bequeme Betten in einem Ferienhaus. Das kleine 3. Schlafzimmer hatten wir nicht benutzt. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in 1A Lage.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in 1A Lage. Mannigfaltige Möglichkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen draußen zu verbringen. Ein paar Schritte auf die Düne und das Meer liegt vor einem. Das Haus an sich ist sehr gemütlich mit Kamin und 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem kleine Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnküche mit Sofa und Ausblich auf Søndervig ist sehr schön.

Wunderschöne Lage mit kleine Instandhaltungsmängeln

Die Lage des Hauses in den Dünen ist wunderschön und kaum zu tippen. Man kann Tag und Nacht das Meer hören, es in 30 Sekunden erblicken und in 60 Sekunden direkt reinlaufen!!! Leider sind diverse Ecken im Haus zu bemängeln. Von den ca. 40 Deckenspots, hängen diverse aus der Decke, da die Halteklammern fehlen, was nur im Zimmer mit dem Hochbett auch gefährlich ist, da die Kinder öfters mal gegen die heißen Spots gekommen sind. Im Zimmer mit dem Hochbett riechen die Matratzen muffig was man auch recht schnell an den Schlafsachen der Kinder riechen konnte. Von den 6 Terassentüren ließ sich nur eine öffnen, da die Beschläge korrodiert sind. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber leider ist auch dort die sparsame Instandhaltung zu sehen, da die Arbeitsplatte und diverse Fronten aufgequollen sind. Das Bad ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet, mit sparsamen und modernem Trockner und Waschmaschine. Die Toilette sitzt wie im Prospekt in einer sehr kleinen Ecke, was OK ist, leider wackelt die Toilette weil sich die Befestigung im Boden gelöst hat. Die Dusche ist mit den Maßen von 80x65 cm recht klein und der Vorhang hängt aufgrund der Größe an einem was ein wenig nervte. Das klingt jetzt vielleicht alles abschreckend, aber von der perfekten Lage wird das alles wieder aufgehoben. Gerne hätten wir die Punkte an die Verwaltung Novasol gemeldet, aber nachdem wir 3x an unterschiedlichen Tagen jeweils 15 Minuten in der Warteschleife waren, haben wir aufgegeben. Versucht es bitte die Lage ist der Hammer!!!

Sehr gemütlich aber etwas abgewohnt

Lage top, geht kaum besser. Das Haus liegt direkt unterhalb des Dünenkamms hinter dem sich dann bereits der endlose Strand von Søndervig erstreckt. Das Haus selbst bietet einen sehr gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit grossartiger Panoramaaussicht auf den Ort. Lediglich die Möbel als auch der Gesamtzustand sind etwas abgenutzt und bräuchten etwas Liebe. Der Ofen lässt es bei abendlicher Abkühlung zusätzlich gemütlich werden, allerdings wird auch hier deutlich, dass der Schornsteinfeger lieber ein mal öfter vorbeischauen sollte: mit etwas Mühe wird der Kaminofen auch ordentlich heiss, aber der Luftzug wirkt etwas zugesetzt, das Feuer möchte nicht so recht in Fahrt kommen. In den Randzeiten eine Top-Wahl, die Ferienpreise sind jenseits von realistisch, wenn man den Zustand des Hauses einrechnet. Lage allein rechtfertigt das nicht mehr. Trotz allem: gerne wieder, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
