Just a few kilometers from Porec is this vacation home. It is comfortable and allows you to have a very pleasant stay. On the first floor there is the kitchen and the covered summer kitchen, which leads to the heated pool. On the second floor there is a bedroom and living room with a terrace to relax, while on the second floor there are three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The house has a large courtyard completely surrounded by a high wall that guarantees your privacy. The yard is suitable for children to play undisturbed. Relax in the hot tub on the upper terrace.

Bin Enttäuscht von dem Objekt.

Die Bauweise und Einrichtung von dem Haus ist toll und sehr Ideenreich. Ich finde es aber schade, das in dem Haus nicht‘s renoviert wird. Putz fällt von den Wänden (Keller Bereich), Farbe platzt ab, Schimmel in den Dusch ecken. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer defekt, Massage Stuhl ist nicht sehr einladend, sich da rein zu setzen. Billiardstock ist halb abgebrochen oder kaputt. Küchen Geräte und Geschirr sind in einen sehr abgenutzten Zustand. Matratzen sind durchgelegen und abgenützt. Über 1,80 Meter lässt die Reinigung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei diesen Betrag dürfte das alles nicht sein.
