A fantastic break in Orlando. The house was superb and was perfect for a large family.
The location for both Disney and Universal was brilliant. The Hideaway was also great.
Our family enjoyed our time together, very clean, pool was well maintained, everything as the pictures had shown, well stocked kitchen, close to Disney 4 miles, close to shopping. We will book again.
This house was fitting for our family. Enough room to be together and enough rooms for privacy as well. Disney adventures can be tiring so to relax in a beautiful space with all the amenities you need, for a day or two, after was wonderful.
Had a great time.
everyone enjoyed the rental, it was just as described. near to all the parks. Only about 12 houses from the club house and main pool with slides. How is large enough for multiple families if needed.
We travel every year for a Cheerleading comp! This is my first time staying in this area, was so close to everything! So happy w the house and all it had to offer! Owner was great to deal with and very responsive! We had everything we needed and was very clean! Had a great stay and would love to stay here again next year! Thanks so much for letting us stay here!!
We had such a great time at this house. The pictures portray the house perfectly. The location to the resort pool area was a huge bonus and the lake view was just what we wanted. We bought all our groceries and house necessities at Publix which was very close and easy to get to. The hosts were very accommodating and replied to any questions we had quickly.
We stayed with our friends and the house was great! Walking distance to the clubhouse with the waterslides was a big bonus as parking fills up fast. The home was beautiful with plenty of space for two families to stretch out. Good times with the pool and foosball tables as well.
My only suggestion would be some oil for several squeaky door hinges which is not a big deal and an easy fix.
Gate codes and front door codes were sent just as described, very easy process. Would book again!!!
The house was as advertised and it was a very close walk to the bigger pool/water slide area which was great for the kids! Good communication with owner. Only downside was that they clear out everything (ie there’s no extra laundry detergent or even extra toilet paper, or even hot pads to use when cooking) so we had to buy a lot of stuff that I sometimes see already in VRBOs. But overall was great and would return.
Location when booking the house was not a priority. What counted was comfort and space. And we were not disappointed. The house is great in every way. Functional kitchen, spacious living room, clean and heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Each family had its own space, which in our case was very important. Very nice neighborhood for people who like to spend time actively. If I plan a holiday in the Orlando area, I will definitely choose this house again.
Everything was really nice. I would have liked the hot tub to be hot and not just warm like the pool. The listing said air hockey but none on the property. There was a missing remote control for the fan in one of the bedrooms, the fan would only run when the light was on. Very minor inconveniences. We would stay again
Our family traveled from Pensacola, Florida: Tulsa, Oklahoma and Seattle, Washington. We had another group of family that my son rented a house for them. They were from the New Port Richey, Florida area. We had a great time. Swimming relaxing in the hot tub. Our only concerns were walk paper coming down in one of the upstsirs bedrooms and the furniture in the living room needs to be cleaned. Yo ii might want to fix the pool table it leans. Thanks for all of your help We would love staying there again.

Thanks for the feedback Marilyn and we are so thrilled you enjoyed your stay! I have let my team know of the wallpaper coming down in one of the rooms and also of the pool table. We have a scheduled deep clean occuring this month, so the living room furniture will get it's usual steam clean as part of that cycle. Have a great day!
Overall this was a great house and location. Looked like the pics and check in was easy. The only negative was the cleanliness of the couches and chairs as well as the linens. We have one person in our party get a bacterial infection from the pillow and another break out all over their face. There was also some trash around the pool area such as popsicle sticks and small things like that. It was nothing major or crucial. I loved that they left some trash bags and toilet paper in each bathroom.
The proximity of the house to entertainment was good. The overall check in process was easy and the house had a nice layout. The house was not cleaned well, however. Dirty bathrooms, dust everywhere, and a lack of maintenance. Some examples include the ignition not working on the grill, very minimal cooking accessories (for example no oven pan), the screen around the pool was broke to the extent that a 6 foot snake got in to our pool. Overall lack of toiletries. Our toilet paper roles in some bathrooms were only half full and that’s all that was left (make sure you byo TP and paper towels etc). No hand soap. No beach towels for the pool area. Public pool was very crowed, if you do not get there at opening there is no chance of getting seats or tubes for the rest of the day. By the way we have pictures of everything we are willing to provide if needed (including the snake :) ).

Thanks Steven for the candid feedback. I appreciate guests when they give me feedback to incorporate for future stays. What I find disappointing is when a guest doesn't tell me this feedback until after a stay...particularly if a reptile is an issue. I've always tried to make things right when I hear about them proactively.
I have sent the cleanliness and maintenance feedback to my management team as I take that seriously with every guest. Toiletries are provided prior to your stay, however if a stay is particularly long, toiletries will run out and it is your responsibility to restock. In reference to the community pool, weekdays are the best time to take advantage of it, weekends are a bit more crowded...but when March and April come around, that is peak time for this area and this will be the case for any place that you stay at. Hope this helps and thanks for the opportunity to respond to your feedback.
I'm Chris and I work in the hospitality industry and my wife, Jennifer, works in communications. We love to travel and love to offer the opportunity of travel and hospitality to others.
