Totally rebuilt ground floor unit including studs and joists. Reconfigured to create a charming, open and airy living/kitchen/dining area concept. Located in the historic North End beach block (10 houses form the guarded beach & boardwalk). Decorated "seashore chic" with air conditioning, wireless internet cable TV and DVD. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (1 with a stand up shower in the master & 1 with a claw footed tub) to satisfy all. The enclosed outside shower is shared with the upstairs unit. This ground ground floor condo is perfect for a small family of 4. Please note it is a ground floor condo with lower ceilings (7') & exposed hanging ceiling pipes (just over 6') (see picture) - not recommended for people over 6'.
