This building offers the finest in luxury condominium accommodations. This seven story facility with elevators, has a huge 22,000 square foot pool deck with an adult heated pool and a baby pool, poolside cabanas with full baths and hot water showers, direct private boardwalk and beach access, and an expansive recreation deck with a gazebo, full basketball court, shuffleboard, deck tennis, volleyball, and organized kids games. Each unit has private balconies (many with great ocean views), are fully furnished and equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryer, and many amenities. Reserved onsite parking, 24 hour manned security, and professional onsite management. This is the best kept vacation value secret. MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTALS ONLY.
