Ein schöner Wohlfühlort

Wir haben drei schöne Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist gut ausgestattet. Herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon zum Meer und über Puerto de la Cruz bis hinauf nach La Orotava. Fahrstuhl im Haus, Fitnessraum und schöne Pool-Anlage. Gute Übergabe und ständige Ansprechbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes. Mini-Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment, die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr gut für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa. Alles Notwendige ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der Agentur war sehr professionell. Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub.

Funktionelle, nette Wohnung

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Gute Lage, gepflegt. Straßenlärm war vorhanden, aber meist, vor allem nachts erträglich. Schöner, beheizter Pool. Parksituation sehr angespannt! Unbedingt Stellplatz für Auto mieten!

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung,es fehlte an nichts, diese Wohnung haben wir in einen sehr gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden, die Lage ist ideal nahe zur Stadt und zum Taore Park, zwei kleine Supermärkte und ein Restaurant ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Helmut Ecker

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit schönem Blick über Perto de la Cruz und das Meer.

Neu eingerichtetes Appartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Balkon. Blick nach Osten mit Morgensonne bis kurz vor Mittag. Zur Straße gelegen, daher gelegentlich etwas laut. Auto empfehlenswert, Parkgelegenheit kann über Vermieter vereinbart werden. In die Stadt läuft man 10 - 15 Minuten, allerdings deutlicher Höhenunterschied. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Benutzung des großen, beheizten Pools möglich.
