The in 2016 lovingly and modern apartment (50 m²) with a balcony to the quiet pool and garden side has a wonderful panoramic view to the Teide and the sea. The separate bedroom is separated by a sliding glass door from the living room. Dulces suenos .... Sweet dreams we wish you in the comfortable double beds (German beds with very good mattresses), at the desk, you can work with your laptop (free wireless access). Your packed beach bag is ready, bath towels and bathrobes are provided for you. Swim in the heated pool in the winter or enjoy the sun on the waiting chairs.
The living area has a high quality sofa (also sofa bed), an armchair
and a sideboard with satellite TV, the dining area is directly in front of windows with wonderful views. Of course you can also
the furnished balcony your delicious meal enjoy or sunbathe. The fully equipped American kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. The bathroom features a bathtub with low entry and Abtrennscheibe is for showering. amWaschbecken The counter space is generous, a hair dryer is ready. A washing machine and drying rack are available, as an ironing board and an iron. For intermediate cleaning are available, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. January 2025 Stay

The property is very comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Whilst it was not a problem for us we feel that less able bodied people would most likely have a problem with the location up the steep hill. I do not know how many English people stay in the property but there is no property notes or instructions for any appliance in English. We would definitely stay here again

Bonne arrivée, flexible, communication facile et claire.Pas de produits de 1ere nécessité dans la cuisine (huile, sopalin, un peu de café ou autre...) il y avait du sel cependant et quelques épices.L'appartement est confortable et bien agencé, tout était propre.Les photos de la vue extérieure ne sont pas actuelle : manque d'entretien des espaces extérieurs (cours de tennis HS). La vue reste jolie malgré un batiment a l'abandon en face du balcon.La piscine est bien entretenue et agréable. La zone est plus agréable à visiter et pour accéder aux commerces si vous êtes véhiculé.Merci à Gabi pour son accueil lors de notre arrivée.

Entspannung pur

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in einer Apartmentanlage. Wir haben die Zeit und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Auch der beheizte Pool war super gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist angenehm direkt und unkompliziert. Wir haben unserer zwei Wochen sehr genossen und sind sehr ungerne wieder nach Hause aufgebrochen. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr guten Matratzen und die helle, geschmackvolle und unaufdringliche Einrichtung des Apartments. Empfehlung!
