The space
Villa Belmare is one of Playacar's most luxurious and newest properties just steps from the beach, and a 12-minute walk from 5th Avenue where all restaurants, shops, ATMs, supermarket, bars, etc are located.
Villa Belmare has three floors. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with two King rooms with en suite bathroom with bidet, plus a sun terrace.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a king size bed, their own en-suite bathroom and a small balcony, plus a common space with a pull-out sofa.
On the ground floor, near the kitchen, there is a double bedroom for guests and staff with their own bathroom.
Nearby this room is a fully equipped laundry area.
A great kitchen with all the Italian furniture, steam oven, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American coffee maker.
In the living room is a large television and very comfortable furniture with a sofa and many pillows.
