Casita Mora - Renovated house 3BR/4BA/AC
Casita Mora is located within the residential area called "Los Olivos", you will have access to the community pool, swimming lane, green gardens with ping pong tables, children's playground with a tree house and private security 24/7. The space is ideal for groups of friends and families looking to rest and relax in a quiet place with a family atmosphere. The staff and I have put a lot of effort into providing a clean, functional and welcoming place to make you feel at home.
Casita Mora has 3 bedrooms that have been recently renovated, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and internet access.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast in the morning accompanied by a delicious coffee and start the day exploring the Riviera Maya.
In the afternoons/evenings, enjoy your favorite drink on our terrace located on the third level and lie down in the hammock or on the lounger so you can recharge your batteries for the next day.
If you prefer, we have a small reading room on the second level so you can share the adventures of the day with your friends or family.
We are just 1 mile from restaurants, cinemas, bars and shopping centers and 3.5 miles from the beach and Fifth Avenue.

IT auditor/consultant currently living in Mexico city. I travel frequently because of my work. No smoker, no heavy drinker and single. Have family in Europe and US where I did volunteer work during my college years teaching Spanish to elementary school children. I really enjoy backpacking travels, swimming and art museums.
Why they chose this property
This place is very special to me. It was my first home when I moved to Playa del Carmen, but now because of my job I had to return to CMDX.
In recent years, I have really enjoyed renting it to travelers like you. It is a great place to recharge after doing some of the adventures throughout the Riviera Maya. And isn't the neighborhood just lovely? I have so many good memories here, and I'm sure you will too.
