Nestled on a stretch of calming waters with the beach just minutes away, our two-bedroom condo can easily accommodate as many as six guests. No matter what your reason for visiting the beach, this is the place to be! Inside, you will find a welcoming space equipped with the comforts of home, including special upgrades like marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and Smart TVs. This community also includes a pool and a hot tub for some relaxation under the sun.

When you are ready to get out and explore, check out a local ecotourism spot where you can enjoy the water and learn about our local environment. There are also places up and down Okaloosa Island and Hwy 98 to rent kayaks and paddleboards. You will find dining options just a short drive or walk away. Nice central location!

Nice property that is close to the beach with great views of the sound. Property managers were very responsive with any questions and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect getaway

The property was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The location made walking to and from restaurants and the beach a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great condo

This is a great condo in a relatively quiet part of Fort Walton beach. It was very clean and was true to the photos. There is a great view overlooking the bay and easy beach access via a short walk on a boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and good location

The condo was very clean and looks just like the picture. It’s in a quiet location. It’s gated so we felt safe. Only issue was trying to get in the unit. The code we were given in emails beforehand did not work. It had to be reset and you talk to some sort of service agency. Took about 30 minutes to get in. Bring extra toilet paper as only one roll in each bathroom. Overall, it was a good stay.

Quick getaway

This was a perfect spot with a fantastic view. The beach access is directly across the street. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. Pool was a nice addition. This complex seems to be owned by people who live in them. Didn’t seem to be a lot of vacationers. So the pool was never crowded. The view of the sound while swimming was beautiful. My only issue was that we drive a dually truck and we could not fit in our parking space. Luckily we just parked right outside the gate and no one gave us any trouble. The allotted parking spot was on the ground level right by elevators. So that is a plus for anyone else. We will stay here again.

Misleading

We enjoyed our stay but this was not what we expected. (1)The listing says "on the water" - that does not mean beach. You'll need to drive from the boat dock you're staying at to the beach. (2) The managing/listing agents are nonexistent and ignorant about the property they manage. They have not returned my calls, have hung up on me twice and have refused to assist, either before or after our stay. They told me no additional parking was available and I'd need to park a few miles away at the beach - there is a second floor open parking space for vehicles, as written on notes posted inside the rental. The agents are clueless. (3) The initial price was attractive but the hidden processing and cleaning fees doubled my total - once hidden fees were calculated into the nightly rate, I paid luxury prices for something that was not even close to luxury. What a scam!

We will get this rectified so guests and our agents are aware. We do explicitly state this unit is Bayfront and not Gulf front. There are fees when you book through VRBO, same as if you would book on another platform. The price of the condo is given before agreeing to pay for the week.
