Current: Free entrance to the new leisure pool. Bed linen included. Bathroom ground floor completely new incl. underfloor heating

At the turn of 2015, we have purchased in a long family tradition our dream holiday home in the most beautiful for us holiday park Texel.
In February and March our house was completely renovated and designed, as we feel comfortable in it.

In the hall, living room and dining room we have a new tile floor laid, a completely new kitchen invites to the cooking and almost all the furniture was renewed in the large living-dining area.
Of course with new dishes, good cooking pots and pans (there is no oven), finally the cooking belongs also to our passions. Of course, the knives are sharp and we guarantee that you will never find "old" spices.

For dessert, you can enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine then. (Of course, a normal coffee machine is available.) The lower bathroom has been reworked and the upper bathroom has been completely renovated as we have the roof with a dorm.

And for the athletic active among our guests, we present three used bicycles, a boules game and two golf clubs, Trolleys for free.

Our house offers:

1 baby bed

2 bathrooms with shower and WC

A large, cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a beautiful view of the large garden.

The garden is opaque and protected from the wind by a large hedge, the garden provides security, especially for the little ones. Two terraces, 2 relaxing loungers, 2 beach chairs, garden furniture, a barbecue and a small garden house also belong to the house.

There is also a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a refrigerator with freezer and other useful things in the storeroom.

All our guests will also receive free access to the new leisure pool in the complex.

Perfect week!

Very pretty house. Very comfortable, nothing is missing. Very well placed for walks and restaurants. Very good contact with the owners (thanks for the tips). Pleasant swimming pool for teenagers (slide++) We will definitely return.

Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Beide Bäder waren sehr schön und wohl vor kurzem neu gemacht. Zu bemängeln war der Fernsehempfang - wenig deutsche Sender und Bildstörungen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch der neue Sitzplatz ist super. Wir hatten auch Glück 13 Tage Sonne. Der Grill ist auch einfach toll, den wir gerne benutzt haben. Also ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Super toller Ferienspiel und ein klasse Haus mit Garten. Der rasen war leider arg verbrannt. Schade, sollte man sich drum kümmern aber wir haben gerne die Blumen gegossen Ansonsten war alles unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.VG

Schöne Zeit auf Texel

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Norden von Texel. Einmal durch die Hecke und man ist auf dem Fahrradweg, 2 km zum Strand 4 km zum Leuchtturm 500 m bis in die Dünen. Von da kann man die ganze Insel erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben auf Anfragen immer direkt reagiert. Alles in allem -perfekt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Traum-Ferienhaus auf Texel

Wie in der Beschreibung angegeben handelt es sich um ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Blumen empfangen, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Im Vakantiepark De Krim sind wir ebenfalls sehr freundlich empfangen worden und haben mit den dort gemieteten Fahrrädern die ganze Insel erkundet. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

Perfecte week

Perfecte week gehad in dit mooie vakantie huis. Het huis is mooi en compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook een mooie omheinde tuin waar de kinderen lekker kunnen spelen en waar je fijn uit de wind in de zon kunt zitten. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Schöne Anlage und super Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass der Eigentümer hier Wert auf hochwertige Einrichtung und Ausstattung legt. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Auch dass der Garten komplett eingezäunt war, hat uns mit einem Kleinkind gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls nur zu empfehlen. Mit Kindern verbringt man hier sehr schöne Tage. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Anlage fahren und auch das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Danke schön an die Vermieter

....halt ein Traumhaus

Wir können jetzt gut verstehen, warum dies Haus Traum- Ferienhaus genannt wird. Liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet (die Eigentümer wollen sich dort bestimmt auch wohlfühlen), Bäder, Betten, Küche und alle anderen Einrichtungen.....es passte einfach ALLES. Geen aanrader, stoffig, slechte bedden, gevaarlijke trap, kapot traphekje

Het huis was niet schoon , overal lag stof . Het traphekje was kapot. de trap is heel gevaarlijk voor kinderen. De hal van de trap is heel klein waardoor kinderen gemakkelijk van de trap kunnen vallen , daarom had ik een traphek nodig, maar die was kapot en die heb ik zelf proberen te maken maar hetr was alsnog gevaarlijk voor de kinderen. gevaarlijke situatie voor kinderen bij de kledingkast in de slaapkamer: Boven op de kleding kast in de slaapkamer van de kinderen lag een babybed die er gemakkelijk af kon vallen, als zon zwaar bed op het hoofd van een kind valt dan is een kind zwaar gewond. Daarom heb ik het baby bed van de kast afgetild en in de kast van de andere slaapkamer neergezet. Heel harde bedden in de slaapkamer beneden: de bedden waren heel hard, mijn man en ik hadden na 2 nachten allebei last van onze nek, schouders en rug gekregen. Dit is niet een gezonde slaap gelegenheid.

Super Ferienhaus für Familien

Für die ganze Familie wird gesorgt, kostenloser Eintritt ins Spaßbad mit Rutschen und Indoor-Spielplatz bei Regen. Super Ausgangslage für Radtouren und Ausflüge zum Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (insbesondere Küche) und auch der Garten ist schön zum Grillen, Spielen, etc. Wir hatten eine super Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, sehr nette Gastgeber, gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Holger war reibungslos und die Leute an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten allerdings viele Stechmücken. Ich würde nächstes Mal ein Mosquitonetz mitnehmen. Die Lage ist super, viele Kinder in der Umgebung und ruhige Nächte.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben uns mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Teenies sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Haus sauber und ordentlich, es gab Unmengen an Gewürzen und Küchenartikeln, die uns zum Kochen animiert haben. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Ferienparks, der Garten ist idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, wir hatten alle Vorzüge vom Ferienpark (Bowling, Schwimmbad, Lasertag, Restaurants, Supermarkt....) und trotzdem wunderbare Ruhe. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war tiptop, auf Fragen wurde immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Alles bestens, gerne wieder! Vielen Dank.

Schöner Urlaub auf Texel

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Lage des Ferienhauses im de Krim Ferienpark ist sehr günstig. Es gibt einen Radweg ganz in der Nähe, über den mal ganz schnell am Strand ist. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und super eingerichtet. Das Schwimmbad im Park ist für Kinder ein echtes Highlight. Schön ist auch, dass die Grundstücke durch hohe Hecken von einander getrennt sind, so dass man wirklich für sich ist.
